During his career as an Immigration Solicitor and Advocate, Vikas Sharma has dealt with a wide variety of cases for individuals as well as businesses. Vikas has extensive experience in the field of immigration law. His legal experience spans over 20 years. Having practised litigation and other areas of law for many years, he now focuses exclusively on immigration. Vikas began practising immigration law in 2007 while working for Vincent Buffoni and Co. He moved to Aberdeen in August 2010 to join Matthew Cohen and Associates Limited as its head of the immigration law department. In 2018, he became a director at The Chamber Practice. Vikas established his own law firm Vikas Sharma & Co Ltd in Aberdeen in September 2022

He regularly appears at the First Tier and Upper Tribunals in Glasgow. He is a qualified solicitor in Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland and India holding current practising certificates of all these jurisdictions except Ireland. Vikas is also an OISC 3 level qualified adviser.
